  • ECAT 2026 — UET Lahore

UET Lahore's ECAT Fall 2026 registration opened February 25, 2026. The computer-based test ran March 30 – April 3, 2026 at multiple centers. Results announced April 17, 2026. No negative marking.

ECAT 2026 is a computer-based test: 100 minutes, discipline-specific questions, no negative marking.

UET Lahore's official admissions portal lists Undergraduate Admissions for Fall 2026.

This prep track covers Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, and English — the ECAT Punjab subject mix.

  • What is ECAT Punjab? (UET ECAT 2026)

The ECAT (Engineering College Admission Test) is the provincial entry test for undergraduate engineering admissions at UET (University of Engineering and Technology) Lahore and affiliated engineering colleges across Punjab. UET Lahore's official admissions portal already lists Undergraduate Admissions for Fall 2026 and ECAT 2026 as active. ECAT covers Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (or Computer Science depending on the programme), and English — with UET and PBCC (Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen) overseeing the process.

  • How PrepAcademy Prepares Students for ECAT Punjab:

PrepAcademy's ECAT Punjab track is built around the Mathematics-heavy, Physics-intensive preparation that UET-route engineering candidates need. The platform covers Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English with topic-wise drilling and chapter-wise sessions tailored to the UET ECAT subject distribution. All content is updated for the current ECAT 2026 cycle so your preparation stays aligned with the real paper format.

  • Mathematics and Physics: The ECAT Core Subjects:

ECAT Punjab performance is most strongly correlated with Mathematics and Physics accuracy. PrepAcademy's topic-wise sessions for Mathematics and Physics let you drill each chapter concept until your accuracy is consistent across the full syllabus. ECAT is a speed-accuracy test — building chapter-by-chapter fluency before the exam is the highest-leverage activity for improving your UET merit position.

  • Full-Length ECAT Punjab Mock Papers:

PrepAcademy's full-length ECAT mock papers simulate the UET-route test with realistic timing and subject distribution across Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English. Regular timed practice is essential because ECAT demands that students maintain accuracy under time pressure across multiple heavy subjects simultaneously. Use your FLP scores to identify which subjects need more drilling before the actual test date.

  • Performance Analytics for ECAT Punjab Preparation:

After every PrepAcademy session, you get subject-by-subject and topic-by-topic accuracy data. For ECAT preparation, understanding which Mathematics chapters and Physics units are pulling your score down is the most valuable insight — because UET merit is directly tied to your ECAT score. Use PrepAcademy's analytics to focus your revision on high-impact areas before exam day.

  • UET ECAT 2026: Admissions and Subject Pattern:

UET Lahore's Fall 2026 admissions and ECAT 2026 are now active on the official UET portal. ECAT Punjab covers Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (or Computer Science for CS programmes), and English. The test is conducted by UET in collaboration with PBCC. PrepAcademy's ECAT track is aligned with the current subject pattern and updated as UET publishes new official ECAT 2026 notices and test windows.

PrepAcademy is the best platform to learn new technologies and courses. I have learned a lot many things from this platform.

I have also appreciated the availability of full-length papers and past papers. These resources have allowed me to practice with real exam questions and familiarize myself with the format and difficulty level of the actual exams. This has been instrumental in boosting my confidence and improving my performance.
